These Terms govern your access to and use of Brasero's website and design services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Brasero ("Brasero", "we", "us", "our") is a design studio that produces visual carousels and slide decks ("decks") for social-media pages and creators. Brasero is a trading name of:

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
3. Our services
We design decks based on the package you select and the information you provide during onboarding. Each package defines the volume and scope of work. Deliverables, revision rounds, and turnaround times are described on the relevant package and in your onboarding.
- You are responsible for providing accurate brief, references, and any brand assets needed to complete the work.
- You review and validate each deck through your order-tracking page. Validation of a script or design confirms your approval of that stage.
- Reasonable revision requests are handled within the scope of your package. Work beyond that scope may require an additional order.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
- Prices are displayed in US dollars and are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- One-time packages are charged once at checkout. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically each month until cancelled.
- You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the package and billing cycle you select.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current cycle except as set out in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment for a deck, we assign to you the rights to use the final delivered designs for your own page and marketing. We retain ownership of our underlying templates, tools, processes, and any pre-existing materials. We may showcase delivered work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
You confirm that any content, logos, text, or assets you provide to us are owned by you or properly licensed, and that we may use them to deliver your order.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or that violates the terms of the platforms where it will be published. We may decline or stop work that breaches these standards.
7. Talent & studio accounts
Access to our studio panel is restricted to authorized team members ("Talents") and account owners. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
8. Disclaimers
We deliver our services with professional care, but we do not guarantee any specific results, reach, follower growth, or engagement. Platform algorithms and outcomes are outside our control. Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brasero's total liability arising from or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
