Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Brasero collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what we need to deliver your decks and run our studio.
1. Information we collect
- Order & contact details: your name, email address, social handle, and the package you choose.
- Onboarding content: the brief, references, and brand assets you share so we can produce your decks.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last digits and card brand) but never your full card number.
- Account data: for studio Talents and owners: email, a securely hashed password, name, and optional profile photo.
- Technical data: basic logs and device/browser information generated when you use the site.
2. How we use your information
- To create, deliver, and revise the decks you order.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
- To communicate with you about your order, including validation and confirmation emails.
- To operate the customer order-tracking page and the studio panel.
- To improve our services and keep them secure.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we process your data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, with your consent, and for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the studio.
4. Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the service, under appropriate safeguards:
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Supabase: secure database hosting for orders and project data.
- Email/hosting providers: to send transactional emails and host the site.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We keep order and project data for as long as needed to deliver the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete data we are not required to retain.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@braserodecks.com. You may also withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed for the site to function and to keep you signed in to the studio panel. We do not use them for cross-site advertising.
8. Security
We protect your data with reasonable technical and organizational measures: passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions use signed tokens, and access to project data is restricted to authorized accounts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
